RLH Inc. is a Native-owned company based on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota. Founded and led by sisters Ellen Harmon and Serena Harmon, we’ve spent nearly 20 years supplying materials, equipment, and expertise to help our communities grow stronger from the ground up.

What began as a small local family business has evolved into three divisions that work together to offer solutions to the local and regional community: Rosebud Building Products, Rosebud Rental, and RBP Supply, working together to serve homeowners, contractors, and federal & tribal programs across the region.

Our mission is simple: to keep dollars circulating locally, create meaningful jobs, and make it easier for our people to build homes, businesses, and futures right here in Indian Country.
